Elizabeth “Betsy” Tracy – Cleveland Heights/University Heights League of Women Voters Elizabeth (Betsy) Tracy is a Grace Longwell Coyle Professor Emerita, at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, Case Western Reserve University.  Since her retirement in , Betsy has been involved with voter education through the Cleveland Heights – University Heights Chapter of the League of Women Voters of Greater Cleveland.  She is also co-leader of the women’s service group, Martha’s Circle at Church of the Savior in Cleveland Heights.
